Tracie Lorenzo, ADHD Coach
Her Story

A dynamic coach driven by passion to ignite potential.

Tracie is a dynamic ADHD coach who brings over twenty years of leadership experience across multiple industries — and the lived experience of being an ADHDer herself. She knows the territory because she's walked it.

Her methodology combines neuroscientific principles, linguistic techniques, psychological frameworks, and mindfulness practices to retrain how your brain thinks, perceives, and responds. Rather than offering temporary fixes, she builds sustainable transformation by addressing the subconscious patterns that quietly drive your behavior and outcomes.

What makes her different is how seamlessly she integrates leadership insight, entrepreneurial knowledge, and heart-centered strategy. She doesn't merely provide guidance — she emboldens you to soar higher, achieve lasting success, and thrive both personally and professionally.

Read Her Story

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer with two adult children who also have ADHD, I know firsthand the frustration of living without answers. My son was diagnosed as a child, but I missed the signs in my daughter even after my own adult diagnosis. That realization hit hard—there is still so little real information and genuine support available, especially for women. I spent years seeing ADHD coaches who handed me tools but offered no roadmap for actually using them. Calendars, planners, apps—I tried them all, only to watch them fall away within days. The shame was relentless: "I'm sorry I forgot our appointment." "I'm sorry I'm late." "I'm sorry I didn't finish that." It gets old apologizing for the same failures over and over.

Everything changed when I stopped looking for quick fixes and started searching for real science. I discovered evidence-based brain retraining practices that actually rewired how my brain functioned—making those tools finally useful instead of just adding to my pile of abandoned attempts. I started small, layering techniques deliberately, and something remarkable happened: consistency became almost effortless. For the first time, I wasn't fighting my brain; I was working with it.

That transformation—from drowning in shame to thriving with intention—is exactly what I now create for my clients. This isn't about finding the perfect planner or the newest app. It's about retraining your brain so you can show up consistently, keep your commitments, and finally stop apologizing. It's about moving from survival to excellence.
