What exactly is ADHD coaching?
ADHD coaching is a goal-oriented, collaborative partnership designed specifically for the way ADHD brains work. It's not therapy and it isn't medical treatment — it's structured support that helps you build awareness, design strategies that fit your brain, and stay accountable to the changes you want to see. Sessions are practical, action-focused, and held without judgment.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on processing past experiences, mental-health diagnoses, and emotional healing. Coaching is forward-focused — what do you want, what's in the way, and what will you do about it. Many clients work with a therapist and a coach at the same time; they serve different (and complementary) purposes.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
No formal diagnosis is required. If you identify with the experience of ADHD — whether diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out — you're welcome here. Coaching meets you where you are.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients notice meaningful shifts within the first few sessions — usually in clarity, self-understanding, and momentum. Deeper transformation (the kind that holds long after coaching ends) typically takes three to six months of consistent work. Lasting change is built, not flipped on.
What happens on the free consultation call?
It's a 30-minute conversation. We begin with your Core Pillars Assessment results and develop a plan. Tracie asks questions, listens, and tells you honestly whether coaching is the right next step. There's no pitch — if it's not a fit, you'll leave with a plan either way.
Are sessions in-person or virtual?
All sessions are virtual, which makes it easy to fit coaching into a busy ADHD life — no commute, no parking, no transition friction. You can show up from your home, your office, or anywhere quiet. The only requirement is that you are somewhere private and free from distractions and interruptions so you get the most out of every session.
Which program should I start with?
Most people start with a free consultation so we can figure that out together. If you're testing the waters, a single session is great. If you want momentum, the monthly package is the most popular choice. If you're ready to commit to full transformation, the 90-day intensive is built for that.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Specific package policies are shared in your welcome documents before any payment is made, so you'll always know exactly what you're signing up for. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules so the time can be offered to someone else, however, make-up sessions are always available.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share is protected and held with strict confidentiality. This is a private, judgment-free space — that's non-negotiable.
